1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you register.
- Billing data: purchase records and the last four digits of payment methods. Full card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- API usage data: request metadata such as timestamps, model used, token counts, and status codes, used for billing and reliability.
- Request content: the prompts and completions passing through the proxy, processed to deliver the Service and forwarded to the upstream model provider.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user agent, and cookies for security and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and route your requests to DeepSeek;
- To process payments, manage credits, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- To monitor performance, debug issues, and enforce rate limits and our Terms;
- To communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable (e.g., under GDPR), we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- DeepSeek (the upstream model provider), to fulfill your API requests;
- Service providers such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics, under contractual safeguards;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Usage metadata is retained for operational and billing reconciliation. Request content is retained only as needed to deliver and troubleshoot the Service; you can request deletion as described below.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and infrastructure aligned with industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material breaches as required by law.
7. International transfers
Your data, including request content forwarded to DeepSeek, may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Your rights

10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
